David Cronenberg
David Paul Cronenberg (born March 15, 1943) is a prominent Canadian film director, screenwriter, producer, and actor. He is widely recognized as a primary architect of the body horror genre, a subgenre characterized by its visceral exploration of bodily transformation, infectious diseases, and the complex intertwining of human biology with psychological and technological elements.
